We had truly an excellent experience working with JLTC. We are building a new home and amidst all of the ups and downs of construction right now, they were steady, responsive, hard-working, and thorough. Working with contractors can be so difficult and I found Jake and Trevor to be so communicative and helpful. They made it so easy! They showed up on time. They answered calls and texts promptly and they worked extremely fast.
The excavation and grading turned out great! They went above and beyond to get the lot ready for our new home. We couldn't be more grateful!

Working with JLTC has been a pleasure. Communication and customer service has been top notch, including after hours. Not only did I appreciate their attention to detail, but I received feedback from our CEO: 'Just wanted to let you know, that when I got to work this morning, I was so impressed with how well the parking lot had been shoveled and cleared of snow all around.
